The creative and manufacturing process appears to be very simple, but it is actually a task that requires a great deal of skills.
It all starts with a model made of pine fibre in the shape of an object to be created or completely reproduced.

From that model, we produce a fibreglass mould. It is important to remember that the quality of the end product depends on the high quality of the mould, one of Plastiques Pro Composite’s strengths. Once the mould is ready, we apply two separate coatings to it:

1) A gel coat, which is a finish application process similar to a paint coa.

2) A fixed amount of fibre and resin, which is a type of lamination. This second coat can also be applied with a projection technique.

The last step consists of removing the part from the mould.
